Our 3-5% Program
What's it all about?
Our commission structure is framed around our philosophy of providing as much value to our clients as possible. Typically, a 6% commission is split paying 3% to the listing agent and 3% to the buyer's agent. If the listing agent recruits his own buyer and no other agents are involved, he takes the full 6%.
At Team Results, we take a much different approach. If there is another agent involved, we offer them 3%, but our compensation is discounted to 2% (total of 5%). If we find our own buyer and no other agents are involved, we will reduce the total commission to 3%, and you keep the rest. The savings are enormous!
