We officially formed our real estate team in 2002 in order to bring together a wide variety of talents and create a one-stop-shop for buyers, sellers, investors and developers. We have many close contacts in the real estate community that include builders, contractors and lenders. In addition to the many individual rewards we have received, our Team has been recognized by RE/MAX the past 2 years for being the 5th and 3rd highest grossing team in the Mountain States Region. We pride ourselves on the experience we provide for our clients, and we're delighted to say that over 80% of our business comes from referrals generated from people we've assisted in the past.

Joe Pierson, Realtor
Background & Experience
Joe grew up right here in the Salt Lake Valley. After serving a two year church mission to Mexico, he continued his education at SLCC. He then accepted the managerial position of a distribution company in Salt Lake where he worked for 8 years. Greater interaction with the public and being self-employed is what drew Joe's attention to Real Estate. He began as a Realtor in 2001 and joined RE/MAX in 2002 where he has worked side-by-side with his team ever since. Joe has a passion for the industry and enjoys working with his clients. He loves exceeding expectations and serving those around him. He enjoys spending time with Amy, his wife of 16 years, and coaching his kids' sports teams. He also enjoys going to sporting events, hiking and mountaineering, and loves to read.
Robert Green, Realtor
Background and Experience
Rob was born in California and lived there until his parents moved to Utah when he was a kid. Rob graduated with a Business degree from Brigham Young University, and spent a good amount of time in the private sector running his own business (which he eventually sold). Rob is an incredible negotiator, and has an amazing track record of success. He has been recognized by RE/MAX each year since joining the ranks with different sales awards, including the coveted Platinum Club Award in 2006.
Interests
Rob loves to travel, and makes sure to spoil his girls as much as possible. Whether it is a spur-of-the-moment trip to Disneyland, or a weekend trip to the cabin, he'll make the time. Rob bleeds BYU blue, and loves to seek out great car deals. He is the captain of his softball team, refs volleyball, and organizes pickup flag football games.
